Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Kerry Weber — the “K” in reKruit
I’m a mom, dog mom, daughter, sister, aunt, and niece—family is my center. My career, though, has been just as defining, empowering me to support and raise my children.
As owner and principal recruiting consultant at reKruit, I bring 20+ years of experience across business development, account management, leadership, and recruiting. I specialize in leadership searches, IT security, data & analytics, and project/product management—and I love the thrill of finding those elusive “purple squirrels.”
Like many recruiters, I fell into the field after roles in marketing, HR, and counseling. Since starting my IT journey in 1999 (when I thought Java was just coffee), I’ve gained global training, learned through trial and error, and developed a passion for connecting people and opportunities.
I’ve worked with corporations, small consulting firms, boutique agencies, and large staffing firms. Each experience has sharpened my ability to listen, build trust, and deliver thoughtful solutions.
